"Happy Thought" Activity
A happy thought is something that fills us with joy when we think about it. It can put a smile on our face.
Happy thoughts can be about simple experiences such as going for a walk, reading a book, listening to our favourite song, chatting to a friend on the phone, gardening, playing a game, helping somebody, petting our dog.
Thinking of our happy thought each day is a great way of nurturing our well-being.
Try sharing your happy thought as a family at dinner time every day. Each person at the table can have a turn at sharing their happy thought.
